How It Works
If you're coming through a FAB package:
1.Brand first
We define your visual identity, tone, and content needs before we even talk about the shoot.
2.Concept & prep
Moodboard, outfit guidance and location scouting, all aligned with your brand.
3.Shoot day
We meet on the day of the photoshoot in the studio or in your location and we have a great time :) We do your makeup, we have prosecco and we patiently take photos of you in each of your looks while we move furniture around and create unique corners.
4.Edited gallery
In 1 to 2 weeks we send you a link with every photo that works, with colour and light corrected so you look like yourself. We then retouch 10 of them in detail.
5.Ready to use
Images integrated into your site, social, and content system.

What is personal brand photography?
It is a set of photos that focus on your brand message and adapts to your personality and profession.
The best time to do it is when you are building your social media presence and your website and you need a solid base of content to increase your business credibility and offer your clients the information they need to book you within seconds from visiting your online profiles.
What are some DOs and DON'Ts in a photo session?
Don’t wear busy prints, they take the focus from you.
Don’t bring too many shoes, it is not a full body session. Most of the photos are portraits.
Don’t get your hair TOO done. We want you to look like yourself.
Make a plan. Know WHY you are doing this & know WHERE and HOW you will use the photos. Inform us. Trust us.
What should I bring?
Bring the clothes we discussed on and some props that you use in your profession or life. If you are not sure, bring more things and we choose together on the spot. Also, ask us about things.
Will you teach me how to pose?
Ioana will guide you and focus on getting you in the right mood for the most natural poses. She knows a lot of posing tips and tricks and she will definitely tell you all of them.
How do I pay? Is there a payment plan?
You pay on the day of your session by OP or cash. No, there is no payment plan for the photo session. If it is part of one of our Branding packages, then yes, it will be included in our payment plan.
Do you offer hairstyling services?
If you want, we can call one of our hairstyling collaborators to come and do your hair, but we do NOT normally offer hairstyling.
Do you offer fashion consultancy before the session?
We talk about your clothes and send you inspiration boards. You can also send us pics with your chosen clothes and we can say YAY or NAY via messenger or email. We know what suits best in your pictures and for your brand, but we can also work with the fashion stylist of your choice.
Is it possible to meet before the photo session?
We can schedule a talk on the phone or via zoom. If the session is more complex, we can discuss meeting. But we encourage you to look us up everywhere and find out more about our style before booking a session. If you feel you want to meet, we will be happy to have a coffee with you at our studio.
How much do you retouch the final photos?
As little as possible. We do your make-up so that you look perfect. If you want more retouching, we can choose together which photos we retouch more and how.
When will I receive the photo session? And how? Digital or physical?
In 2 weeks at most you get every photo that works, with colour and light corrected, and we choose 10 together to retouch in detail. Everything arrives digitally, by WeTransfer to your email.
Will you use my photos on social media?
With your permission, we might. We are proud of you all!
Can you travel to my location?
Yes. We do on location shootings. But there might be some added costs.
Why do we drink prosecco?
Because it is magical and transports you in a celebratory mood. We are celebrating you!
Can I bring someone to help me at the session?
Yes, you can. But it could be better to be focused on yourself. Sometimes the presence of someone else can make you feel more self-conscious.
